Board & Train

Immersive, In-Home Training

Your dog stays in Robin's home — not a facility — where training is truly 24/7. From crate manners and house rules to obedience in the real world, your dog is learning in every moment of every day, both inside the home and out in different environments.

Board & Train is the most immersive way to transform your dog's behavior. Your dog lives with me full-time, where we build real obedience, address behavioral issues, and establish house manners from the ground up. Training is always proofed in the real world — around distractions — so your dog listens everywhere, not just at home. This program is also ideal for owners who don't have the time or experience to do the initial training themselves. Robin does the heavy lifting — building the foundation and teaching the dog — so by the time your dog comes home, the hard work is already done. Teaching you how to live with your newly trained dog takes a fraction of the time, because your dog already knows what to do. At the end of the program, you receive a go-home lesson transferring all the skills your dog has learned, plus three private follow-up lessons at your home to ensure lasting understanding for both you and your dog.

What's Included

Real-Home Environment

Your dog stays in Robin's home as part of the daily routine — no concrete kennels, no isolated training rooms.

Regular Updates

Progress videos and notes throughout the stay so you see exactly what your dog is learning and how.

Robin walks you through everything your dog learned, what cues to use, and how to maintain the training in your home and routine.

  5. 5

    Follow-Up Support

Built-in follow-up sessions within the first month to handle the real-world hiccups and lock in the new behavior for the long term.

Best Fit For

  • Owners who want an immersive reset — not weekly chipping-away.
  • Dogs with serious behavioral issues (reactivity, aggression, anxiety, destructive behavior).
  • Owners with busy lives who can't dedicate hours per week to training but can absolutely follow a clear handoff plan.
  • Households where multiple people interact with the dog and you need consistency baked in before everyone gets involved.

Investment

Board & Train pricing depends on the length of stay and the specific training plan for your dog. Robin will quote you during the free consultation — there are no surprise fees, no "add-on packages," and follow-up sessions are included.
