Philosophy & Approach

Training Is About the Dog AND the Human.

Robin evaluates not just the dog's behavior, but how the owner is living with and communicating with the dog — and guides both toward clarity, consistency, and real partnership.

A balanced approach: dogs are always rewarded for doing the right thing, and corrected when they make a mistake once they've been taught what is being asked of them. Teaching is done in stages — always setting the dog up for success first, then proving the training out in the real world where it actually has to work.

Meet Robin
I believe in honesty, transparency, and holding myself and my clients accountable. Not only do I understand dog behavior — I understand human behavior. We work together to improve communication in the relationship. Dogs are a different species, and we have to communicate on their level. It's not always what people think.
